• No Matter What - States that no matter what the customer’s bag went through an Eagle Creek “Certified Repair Center” will repair or replace it for free. This is an added insurance on top of the Eagle Creek Lifetime Warranty (Exclusions Apply) Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and tear during the life cycle of the product. An Eagle Creek “Certified Repair Center” will repair or replace it at no charge over the course of the products life cycle. (Exclusions Apply).
