WARRANTY PERIOD

• 5 years from date of purchase
• 10 years from the date of purchase for DYNASTY, CELESTRA, SHOGUN, OXYGEN and LOGIC ranges.

BRAND WARRANTY POLICY

• Any defects arising from material or manufacturing faults within the applicable warranty period are covered under the warranty. The warranty covers the trolley system, handle, lock and wheels.
• Free-of-charge maintenance is available for some components within the period of warranty and under the coverage. The repair service is free, Paid maintenance service is provided for product beyond the period of warranty.
• Keep your purchase and warranty vouchers in good condition so as to obtain the warranty service.
