Orbitkey Warranty Registration

At Orbitkey, we want to build long-term relationships with our customers, and we will work to resolve any problems you might have with our product. We offer a two-year limited warranty, beginning at the time of purchase (the “Warranty Period”), on all Orbitkey products sold. We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, as well as failure or breakage of parts/full product that renders them non-functional. This limited warranty is only applicable for damaged items, where a replacement unit of a similar price value will be sent out. If the replacement unit costs more, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications, or unreasonable use or neglect.
